The purpose of this blog is to share your customer service experiences. We've all had them. From querky checkout encounters at the grocery store and frustrating dealings with call center agents to finding ourselves arguing with an ATM machine, forgetting that the entire experience is recorded (thankfully not the audio). On the flip side, there are those customer service people we meet that go so far beyond what is required in their job description that they single-handedly, and probably without anyone at corporate realizing, secure us as a customer of that company for life.
